The team
ITV Creative is the in-house agency servicing ITV to promote its own content. We deliver 1,000s of campaigns every year spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing and social.
The role
You will forward plan for all campaign workload and work alongside the Creative Director, Head of Production and Executive Creative Director allocate creative and design teams, using all internal resources and source external resources where required.
This role is key to the smooth running of the department and will have an overview of all campaigns and projects across the department, this includes finding creative solutions for resourcing of key skills across all areas of the dept.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end booking, contracting & payment of all freelance resources (including IR35 compliance).
- Owning the relationship with freelancers & 3rd party agencies and recruiters.
- Sourcing the best and new talent across creative, campaign and design to expand the ITV Creative black book
- Tracking spend and flagging peaks in workload to the CD, ECD and HOP working to find creative and efficient solutions.
- Supporting the Post Production Producer and covering this role when needed
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Solid experience in managing resource within a creative environment
- Ability to manage day to day resource and timings across multiple campaigns
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external companies
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm and friendly and professional manner & prioritise workload
- Flexible, positive and passionate approach to your work and working across multiple departments
