The team

ITV Creative is the in-house agency servicing ITV to promote its own content. We deliver 1,000s of campaigns every year spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing and social. 

 ITV is no longer just a broadcaster, but a streaming platform to rival the likes of Netflix, Amazon and BBC iPlayer. In order to deliver against our ambitions for ITVX, we’re shifting our focus in marketing to be more viewer led vs content led.

The production team is instrumental in delivering content to all platforms across the full marketing funnel. Our aim is to be the best in-house production team in the business. Driving efficiencies and always pushing for more be that in seeking out the best talent, 3rd party partners and creating exciting and innovative 360 content across all our platforms on budget, on time and strengthening ITV Creative’s profile within the business and the industry.

The role

The role of the Creative Resource Manager is to support the ITV Creative team in the planning and resourcing of the creative campaign teams, content editors and designers across the whole department, ensuring delivery of all campaign assets on time and on budget. 

You will forward plan for all campaign workload and work alongside the Creative Director, Head of Production and Executive Creative Director allocate creative and design teams, using all internal resources and source external resources where required.

This role is key to the smooth running of the department and will have an overview of all campaigns and projects across the department, this includes finding creative solutions for resourcing of key skills across all areas of the dept.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end booking, contracting & payment of all freelance resources (including IR35 compliance).
• Owning the relationship with freelancers & 3rd party agencies and recruiters.
• Sourcing the best and new talent across creative, campaign and design to expand the ITV Creative black book
• Tracking spend and flagging peaks in workload to the CD, ECD and HOP working to find creative and efficient solutions.
• Supporting the Post Production Producer and covering this role when needed

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Solid experience in managing resource within a creative environment
• Ability to manage day to day resource and timings across multiple campaigns
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external companies
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm and friendly and professional manner & prioritise workload
• Flexible, positive and passionate approach to your work and working across multiple departments
