The role…

Our Studios, Global Partnerships Finance team are currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support the team over an approx 15 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide support to the Global Partnerships finance team, through the ownership and execution of financial administration tasks. This includes verification of accurate system data in the Paris System,

as well as raising of Invoices and Purchase Orders for the business and general finance activities to support the finance team on an ad-hoc basis as required.

 

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Review and verify financial data inputted by Sales Co-ordinators

·       Contracts

·       Amendments (Reversions)

• Review and release profit overrides
• Raising and Reviewing Purchase Orders
• Raising Invoices
• Testing of new finance systems implemented for related tasks
• Driving standardisation and efficiencies in processing across Global Partnerships
• Ad Hoc activities to support the finance team

 

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)...

• General finance function knowledge through qualification or by experience
• Experience working within and supporting a finance team delivering a high level of accuracy
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion)

• A confident team player who is able to build relationships with differing levels of seniority
• Numerate and enthusiastic with the desire to learn more
• Well organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft excel skills, experience of using google docs is an advantage
• Actively seeks to learn about the Global Partnerships business model
• Follows processes to ensure high level of accuracy
• Reviews processes and seeks to make improvements
• Embraces ambiguity and proactively works with others to quickly determine how to deliver desirable outcomes.
• Strives to understand what others do across own team and other departments and fosters ideas on how improvements can be made
