The role

 

The People Services Team Leader will develop, deliver and monitor a best practice HR service delivery model that enables the UK business to successfully deliver ITV’s strategy with a particular focus on the employment lifecycle, working on high volumes of transactional activity to tight deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

 

      To develop, coach and support the HR Assistants to ensure high standards of service delivery and the right level of skills, experience and performance of team members

      Monitor the team’s performance against agreed SLAs, providing reports on how we are operating and seeking to find ways to improve continuously

      Responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of HR transactional activity, supporting processes, policies and agreed service level agreements

      Co-ordinate and respond to queries received through the Oracle Fusion HR Helpdesk and inboxes, both internal and external

      Responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

      Manage escalated queries and issues and monitor feedback

      Ensure compliance around all aspects of the employee life cycle

      Ensure compliance with all non-employee processes

 

 

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

 

      Line Manager / Team Leader Experience

      An in-depth understanding of General Data Protection Regulation

      Strong understanding of Continuous improvement methodologies

      A strong and reliable team member who contributes to both individual development goals and the team's objectives

 

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

 

      Experience with Oracle Fusion

      Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

      Team management skills

      Ability to work with limited supervision.

      Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different personalities and influence stakeholders

      Excellent customer service skills
