ITV Studios’ biggest brands come to life in social, apps, gaming, live experiences, retail, merchandise and many other ways.

The role

ITV Studios has an established and growing portfolio of brand licensing partnerships in the mobile casual games, social gaming and gambling sectors.

 

This role is to support the SVP Gaming to develop and grow new business opportunities for ITV Studios in the Gaming & Gambling category. This will be achieved by sourcing and working with new brand licensees as well as identifying additional categories and opportunities for ITV’s brands.



  • Set up and deliver a innovative and sustainable business development strategy on gaming & gambling
  • Develop intelligence on the global game industry by gathering and analysing relevant industry news and reports, and building/maintaining a network of industry insiders
  • Build and manage relationships with operators, publishers and developers in a positive and constructive way
  • Identify and prioritise potential new partners, and quantify the opportunities in order to set up new gaming and gambling licensing partnerships
  • Independently negotiate and close deals in partnership with the creative, legal and finance teams
  • Work with partners to launch new products and project manage them from start to finish

 

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)



  • Track record of commercial development in the sector.
  • Sound understanding of legal and compliance of gambling operators and marketing.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, ideally in an international context.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving excellence and consistency.
  • Commercial awareness with an aptitude for analysis and critical thinking.
  • Ability to manage own workload to deliver expected service standards.
  • Experience in producing written and verbal presentations to a high standard.
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build effective relationships quickly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
  • Proven and relevant experience in business development with knowledge of licensing brands and IP to the G&G industry.
  • Ability to build a pipeline of deals with developer and operator partners.
